We at Holodia try to do the same, and since fitness has a lot to do with – health, we made it our goal to provide you with tips on how to boost your health now when we need it most.

However, we will have to break the rule of not talking about our product. Why?

Well, if your product equals – helping people, why not? We almost feel that talking about it is our duty, along with doing our share of helping in other ways.

Let’s face it – staying motivated is always a real challenge. But now, it really does seem impossible. 

Well, the good news is that HOLOFIT was doing exactly that for quite some time now – motivating people to stay fit. We do that by combining great visual and audio incentives with gamification and effort rewarding.

There are scientific studies made about the influence of Virtual Reality on exercise:

The data collected led to the conclusion that working out while wearing a virtual reality headset will lead to a higher heart rate, and in turn lead to burning more calories during a workout.

The study also found participants who wore the virtual reality headset were able to remove themselves from their bodily sensations allowing them to workout longer.

Staying Healthy Is a Challenge

Big one. It’s always a big one, but even more important now.

Here’s what a simple 20 minute workout does for you:

  • Physical activity may help flush bacteria out of the lungs and airways. This may reduce your chance of getting a cold, flu, or other illness.
  • Exercise causes a change in antibodies and white blood cells (WBC). WBCs are the body’s immune system cells that fight disease. These antibodies or WBCs circulate more rapidly, so they could detect illnesses earlier than they might have before.
  • The brief rise in body temperature during and right after exercise may prevent bacteria from growing. This temperature rise may help the body fight infection better. (This is similar to what happens when you have a fever.)
  • Exercise slows down the release of stress hormones. Some stress increases the chance of illness. Lower stress hormones may protect against illness.

Keeping Sanity Becomes Difficult

The effects of exercise on physical health are kinda obvious. But HOLOFIT helps with mental health as well.
