My subscription is active and the headset is registered but still no access!
If you have only one registered headset:
- Go to myholofit.holodia.com
- Scroll down until you reach the Registered devices section:
- Select the subscription:
- Apply the changes
You can transfer the subscription if you have two or more registered headsets:
- Go to myholofit.holodia.com
- Scroll down until you reach the TRANSFER SUBSCRIPTION FROM ONE HEADSET TO ANOTHER section:
- Select the headset from which you want to transfer the subscription and click on Transfer Subscription:
Keep in mind that you can can transfer a subscription once every 14 days. If that option is not available to you, please, contact Tech Support.
