How to cancel my subscription?

Trials and subscriptions that have been started from Meta Quest are managed by Meta. To cancel your trial or subscription, please, follow the steps from this link: Canceling your Oculus app subscription

Option 1

  1. Go to myholofit.holodia.com
  2. Click on Manage billing:
  3. Cancel plan:

Option 2

  1. Go to myholofit.holodia.com
  2. In the SUBSCRIPTIONS SEATS section, find the subscription that you want to cancel:
    Subscription seats
  3. Click MANAGE;
  4. Select Cancel:
    Reveal statuses
  5. The status will change to CANCELED:
    Status canceled
