Challenge Overview

From September 1st to 30th, you’ll dive into a 4-phase journey featuring 12 dynamic workouts. Each phase is carefully crafted to push your limits and help you crush your fitness goals:

  • Phase 1: Build a Strong Foundation
  • Phase 2: Increase the Intensity
  • Phase 3: Targeted Workouts
  • Phase 4: Finish Strong

Think of this challenge as your fitness foundation—by the end of the month, you’ll not only have completed a diverse range of workouts but also gained the knowledge and confidence to create your own fitness routines. Holly will lead you through a structured plan that’s fun, challenging, and perfectly tailored to help you crush your fitness goals.

Once you complete the challenge, don’t forget to download your certificate from the Companion App. Your achievement deserves recognition!

How do I join?

Simply head to HOLOFIT and start the app. The first thing you see when you log in is the Main Menu. On the right side of the Menu is the Challenges tab.

Once the challenge is live, you can click on the JOIN button. Monthly challenges consist of a set of tasks that you have to complete to successfully finish the challenge.
